Chris Copeland, MD
A native of the Knoxville area, he received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Memorial Hospital and is designated a Consultant in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiologists. He has 24 years of experience in the field of anesthesiology, including interventional non-narcotic pain management. He has been at OHS for the past year and a half practicing Occupational Medicine. He is a Certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) and also directs our opiate dependence treatment program which is designed to restore patients to a productive work and home life.

Lewis Addison, CCC-A, FAAA, Audiologist, Director of Hearing Conservation Programs and Forensic Audiology
30 years experience in both clinical and industrial audiology. Worked full-time for 25 years as manager of a hearing conservation program with over 5,000 employees. Lewis is well-qualified to provide consultation on all aspects of hearing loss prevention, including program audits, audiogram review, hearing protection, workers’ compensation, and accident/incident reconstruction. He utilizes the latest state-of-the-art technology to provide superior documentation of noise exposure for complex issues, such as OSHA citations, accident reconstruction, etc.

Brandalyn “Brandy” F. Breeden, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA, Director of Clinical Audiology
Brandy received her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She completed her clinical fellowship at the Knoxville Veteran’s Administration Audiology clinic. Her primary focus as a clinician is to provide the best possible solution for those with hearing impairment. She is knowledgeable in the latest hearing aid technology and enjoys working with the wide range of hearing devices available today. Brandy is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Ken has been with Occupational Health Systems (OHS) for 5 years and has been working in the medical field for 8 years. Ken is a Certified Medical Review Officer Assistant, Certified X-Ray Technician, Trainer for Drug and Alcohol collection procedures, as well as, the marketing representative for OHS.

Mary Faye has been employed with Occupational Health Systems for eight years. She takes care of many different areas for (OHS), not only is she the Front Office Manager but she is also Worker’s Comp Coordinator, Specialty Referrals and the Account Set-Up Assistant.
